The Problem
Recruitment numbers had fallen for Teacher Training across the sector.
The Opportunity
With support from the School and academic staff, this provided an opportunity to focus on one subject area and provide a personalised experience.
The Process
I created multiple email campaigns to invite enquirers and current students to the event. These emails linked through to a bespoke landing page through a tracked link. The landing page provided a digital guide to the event, with all the information required in one place.
I liaised with the central team to create a paid social media campaign which ran across LinkedIn, Instagram and TikTok.
I worked with the events team and the School to organise the event. On the day, I attended the event to ensure everything ran smoothly.
The Outcome
475,595 impressions across social media and 160 event bookings.
Recommendations were given following the three events to revisit aligning Teacher Training events with the central PG events to benefit from central promotion and create more of an atmosphere at the event by making the most of other courses having a presence.
